Future Plans

For the 2017-2018 school year, the North Raleigh Honor Band will not have a season. Over the past two years, we have found this endeavor to be very fulfilling, but also very challenging. Congratulations to all of the North Raleigh Honor Band musicians for a fantastic spring concert! We really pushed them to step outside of their comfort zones and try something different, and they exceeded expectations. Our musicians performed eleven pieces on this last concert of the season including three for percussion ensemble, three for brass band, four for wind ensemble, and one for full band. Registration for the 2016-2017 North Raleigh Honor Band Season is now open! Some exciting changes to look for include: A year-long program that will run from September 21st to April 26th with two concerts, January 18th and April 26th.
